The Colour Reader BC-10 Plus is a unique handheld colorimeter for fast and easy measurement the baking contrast of baked goods, helping organisations to control the baking process in the production line and deliver consistent and appealing products.

Very easy to use and battery powered, the BC-10 Plus delivers a single baking contrast unit (BCU) or classic L*a*b* colour values displayed on the LCD screen.

Despite the simple operation, the BC-10 Plus is a true colorimeter in full compliance with CIE, ISO, and DIN standards.
