We are pleased to announce that, as of July 24th, 2025, Konica Minolta Sensing Europe B.V. will directly take over the distribution of Konica Minolta’s products and services in Spain, previously managed by our long-standing partner Aquateknica S.A..
This strategic transition marks a new chapter in our commitment to customers in the Spanish region. As part of this change, we are proud to introduce our new local sales and support entity – Konica Minolta Sensing Sucursal en España – which will ensure uninterrupted service and closer access to our global expertise.
What This Means for Spanish customers:
Business Continuity Assured – All contracts and support arrangements remain unchanged and are being transitioned seamlessly.
Local Support Continues – Our new entity will offer the same trusted solutions with enhanced responsiveness, local language support, and direct access to the manufacturer.
Minimum Action Required – To ensure a smooth transition, customers will be asked to provide consent to transfer data. Upon the customers’ consent, existing agreements, service terms, and support relationships will remain in effect and be transferred to the new local team.
Customers will be contacted directly by our new local team to inform them of the new contact point. Please update our new contact email to ensure uninterrupted communication and service.
Any outstanding transactions that you may have with ITA AQUATEKNICA, SA shall remain in force until they are fully settled.
